As the good brotha Chris Rock would say " I love Black ppl but I can't stand N***a's".How Come every time FOX NEWS make comments about "HIP HOP" whether right or wrong, I can't help but to think that what they really want to say is wants wrong with BLACK PEOPLE. Let them expel their verbal diarrhea today and look like fools. If, as african americans, they are excited about Barack, thats awesome, but I'm sure its agreed that there are much more tasteful ways to express it, especially given the power of their pop culture status. The thing is now with an african american president, hip hop has lost its edge. Yea, thats right, look around you. Innaug fever and Obamarama aside, cats such as Jay and Jeezy will always be looking to anything to hold onto to hype a crowd and come off political. Dont look at it from a racial viewpoint, try looking at it from as an outsider to our country...You proud to be American as you watch it? I like what Denis Miller said...who fcking cares?!
ReplyDeleteAs an AMERICAN of any particular shade or label I may be deemed, although I could see why they'd be mad emotional, I'd say they did in fact say some serious bullshit. Fox news is Fox news, hyping a crowd is hyping a crowd. If anyone at in the audience or internet viewer takes the comments home as anything more than an over hype moment at a club, its they own ignant loss.
